Multiple JPEG comments? #4

JPEG Comments are stored in their own segment (0xFE), as a simple ASCII
string. I don't know whether it is possible to have multiple comments
within a segment, or multiple comment segments within a JPEG file.

The Mapivi software puts multiple JPEG segments into the file.

This library now can read and write multiple comment segments.

The JPEG spec (see Issue 5) is silent on the issue of multiple comments in a 
segment.
I don't know yet what it says about multiple segments.

This is probably only done with multiple segments. If it's different, it's very 
rare
