A link needs to be provided for developers to access the API request form here

These pages need re-writing and re-structuring before they're going to be 
useful.... suggest we include certain elements such as Type of use, Project 
Name, Project Website and App/WebApp/Website Description as is shown in this 
screenshot from themoviedb.org
