Homepage Enhancement

Idea for homepage enhancement.

Slider will have no numbers on it any more.  Instead, the first 6 images will 
be cached in the users browser just like they currently are.  Once those images 
have cycled through, another random set of 6 will load.  This way the homepage 
will act like a constant slideshow of top rated fan art.

A mini thumbnail of the games front box art will also be shown in the slider 
above the rating stars.

Since the numbers 1-6 will be removed, we should add forward and back arrows 
that show up when you mouse over the slider.  This way you can manually cycle 
through the rotating fanart.

Since we have ClearLOGOs now, it might be cool to have those show up on the 
slider instead of the title text of the game if it's available for that game.  
If there is no clearlogo uploaded for the game, the title text will still be 
shown.
