Any chance of getting the module using Zbar 1.0.1 using the work round outlined
here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/zbar/forums/forum/1072195/topic/3925029/index/pa
ge/2

I believe this would allow the module to work on iPhone 3GS's? I would help if
I could :-) and thank you for a flamin great module...

I found this one: https://github.com/sspinc/TiBar-Titanium-1.5.0

Has anyone tested this? I don't know if it fixes the 3GS problem, but the
overlay mentioned in another issue should be made.

But for some reason, I can't make it work - has anyone else tried this, and
maybe managed to build the module?

thanks for that I hadn't seen it before...

I've download the master, replace the ZbarSDK with the latest beta and built
the module, the overlay doesn't work for me but it does run on an iPhone 4,
just wating to test to a 3GS will post what I find.

I would love to have a "copy" of you build. Or some instructions/help about the
build process. Could you please mail me or something?

I did get the overly working in the end the overlay.png and the overlay@2x.png
need to go in the resources folder, obvious really although I thought they
should have been bundled with the module, but they do work...

I took the liberty of renaming the build 0.4.4 just for my purposes, I used
textWrangler to build the build.py in python/OSX terminal let me know if you
cannot do it this way and I'll send it to you.

I would love to try your build. I've tried to do the build, and it says that it
succeeded, but I've just tried to create a new mobile project in Titanium
1.2.2, Mobile SDK 1.5.1, and it wont build if I add tibar to the "modules" in
tiapp.xml.

Could you maybe send a test app as well, or is it to much to ask? :) You can
reach me on nextm...@gmail.com

Did you, by the way, test it on a 3GS, and if you did, how did it go?
