Locations not sorted alphabetically when creating an asset #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the Create Asset button
2. Click the Location drop-down list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The locations should be sorted alphabetically.  Instead they appeared to be
sorted in the order they were created.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

QAssetEditComposite class - changed function lstLocation_Create - added order by
field "short_description"
