Unable to deposit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Logged in as a Employer
2. Select Fiance
3. Select the Radio Button for Deposit
4. Enter Amount to deposit
5. Click Submit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be taken to a Paypal confirmation screen.  Screen remains on the 
finance page with a red message that says "invalid input".  The textbox for the 
Paypal address that was present when the withdraw radio button is selected is 
no longer present.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
