modify homepage design

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On homepage, there is a large gap on homepage
2. see tradiechoice_orig
3. see other screenshot of how I would like it

The other gap is on the keyword field, be CAREFUL not to break the autofill, 
backup your work..

Also be careful that it works on all browsers chrome, firefox, IE 8+

Hi, thank you,

I've fixed the issue on http://test.tradiechoice.com, and also changed all 
padding space are same 15px around the search panel to look more better.

I've committed my css by last modified 
http://cdn.tradiechoice.com/app/css/custom-style.css but the fix didn't updated 
on site yet, I think the CDN will take time to update the changes.

Please let me CDN it's wont update and where can I upload the last edited 
files, thanks.

but It's loading css from CDN on site 
http://cdn.tradiechoice.com/app/css/custom-style.css
