Proxy settings #331

As the different legislations are narrowing around our bittorrent clients, it 
should be useful to get proxy settings accessible from the client.
The settings are already present in the daemon (settings.json). So basically, 
this is just adding the entries in the client.

First, the trd can't access to settings.json file. Seconds, proxy settings in 
json file are for T daemon. the client may be somewhere, and need different 
proxy settings.
