What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just adding torrents
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Usually when adding torrent, a window pops up, showing you everything in the 
torrent, as well as an option of downloading to a specific folder. In my case, 
it starts download right after double-clicking torrent files. Also I can't use 
the 'Move torrent data' function anymore.

What version of the products are you using?
OS: Windows 7
Transmission: X.XX (build XXXX)
Remote: 3.23 (rev XXX)

Please provide any additional information below. Feel free to
attach screenshots or sample code which demonstrates the issue being
described.

Is the menu disabled or dont do anyting? If the second case, pl use the logrpc 
build, and try again this feature. What sends TRD to daemon?

Well, the move button isn't clickable, even after I type the full path to the 
'Destination Directory' box
