Add/remove tracker to/from torrent (--tracker-add, --tracker-remove) #380

Change the properties dialog to allow the user to add or remove a tracker from 
a specific torrent, like the options --tracker-add --tracker-remove in 
transmission-remote.

You need at least 2.10 Transmission. and you sould use the nighty build.
