Torrent file is not deleted

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check "Delete torrent when adding" option
2. Add file by double clicking, drag-n-drop, "+" sign on toolbar, or quick add 
from file menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect file on torrent file on local system to be deleted.  It is not and there 
is no warning (check error log with and without show debug log enabled.

What version of the products are you using?
OS: Vista
Transmission: 3.24 (build 0)
Remote: 2.13 on DD-WRT (rev XXX)

Please provide any additional information below. Feel free to
attach screenshots or sample code which demonstrates the issue being
described.

Have same most problem. 
On other remote-admin this option work correct.

OS: Windows XP SP3
Transmission: 3.24 (build 0)
Remote: 2.22

r761 added a message to log, if there was error when deleting the torrent file.
