speeds on statusbar not working #401

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the products are you using?
OS:
Transmission: 2.33 (build 12565)
Remote: 3.24 build 0

Please provide any additional information below. Feel free to
attach screenshots or sample code which demonstrates the issue being
described.
Download speeds on the status-bar  shows 0 in the "Paused", "Checking", 
"Complete", "Seeding" and "broken" view.
Upload-speeds shows 0 in "Paused" "Checking" and "Broken" view

The same applies to the other info on the status-bar

Win 7-64 Pro

The statusbar shows the current torrent list summary: If you filter to paused 
torrent, the speeds are 0, because the paused torrents havent transfer. And 
same, if there arent broken torrent, the speeds are 0, etc.

Well, me finds it a little bit missleading, I think the status-bar should show 
the actual status, i.e download-speed and uppload-speed, active torrents etc, 
regardles what you are viewing.
Showing the status of the actual "tab" is not neccesary, since you see it in 
the "tab" itself.
It is quite pointles to show 0 dl and 0 ul in the paused "tab", sort of quite 
natural that a paused torrent neither do any uploads nor any downloads.
Same goes with the other "tabs"
