This is encoder that I made, it helps me a lot for reading/building traffic
packet data.

- Can received WPE format and automatically divide bulk of traffic packets
  data into smaller packet chunks
- Supports encoding and decoding, by specifying byte mask you can revert
  the data back and forth
- Encoded ASCII alpha-numeric automatically
- Auto generating code for C++
