Issue in Tel consulting booking

1. Issue in payment process:
Online payment
-Alipayed no 订单号 info, 交易号不能匹配。p1
-管理员更新已付款，状态应自动为处理中，而不是系统取消�
��避免差错。p2
-处理中日期可为空，但已约定也必须有日期。(no way to set 
约定时间 and fail to set 已约定 status) p1
-重新打开时,处理和约定的时间丢失，p1
-Set 重新安排/待付款／确认付款／已退款 slow, good to disable 
button if request submitted. P1
-Good to have scroll bar for history if more than 8 items. P2
-label name update from 状态 to 订单状态. P2
- status Value link between 付款状态 和 订单状态 p2

Offline payment
- 更新状态，dialog layout problem p2
- Remove ":" in "咨询单号: 201210200001" within 我的电话咨询管理 p2

2. Contact us in different way
-good have confirm message after user click the way to make communication, p1
