Optimize for e-ink readers #211

I really enjoy your software on my reader. The main issue I have is that 
scrolling isn't great. Due to the e-ink technology, scrolling is awful. Two 
solutions could help:
(1) A full scroll is done with a little gesture on the screen
(2) A button to automatically go to the next chunk of text (like when going to 
the next page on an e-reader)

By full scroll, I meant all the text on the screen is replaced with the next 
chunk of text.

Interesting idea, I guess this should be possible. Only problem is, gestures 
don't work well with the webview and there is not much room left for any 
additional buttons. There is another bug somewhere around addressing the 
webview and swipe issues, currently it is only possible to use some gestures 
when the zoom-controls aren't displayed. Also you need to handle these gestures 
without interfering with the normal scrolling.
