Sync starred items with server. #226

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use application
2. add starred articles
3. unstar some articles (from web and from device)
4. Try to refresh virtual category(starred).
Expected result: starred list do not contain unstarred items.
Actual result: starred list do not updated.

Latest ttrss-reader from Google Play Store
Nexus 7 2013, Android 4.4.2

Previous minor version of ttrss server.

Update service side to latest stable version: 1.11. Still can't sync starred 
items.

I tried to fix this but I am not sure if it works now. Can you please try the 
latest update from the market?
