describeSnapshots with owner null and restorableBy "self" #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.call jec2.describesnapshots(List<String> snapshotIds,String     owner,String 
restorableBy)
2. give the owner as null and restorableBy by as "self"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
supposed to see the snapshots i have access to it. but it returns nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
typica 1.7, windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
in the amazon api tools when i do this it works fine and returns the snapshots 
i have access to but in the typica query it returns nothin
