publicAddr of Jec2.runInstance not being used #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. call Jec2.runInstance

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Typica always set "public" to "AddressingType"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6

Please provide any additional information below.
I didn't use EC2, but for Eucalyptus, use "private" when publicAddr = false
