Resource_ImplBase initialize() does not use generics #103

Since UIMA 2.3.1 the Map argument from initialize() uses generics. uimaFIT does 
not yet do that.

I think it's (binary) backwards compatible, since UIMA also introduced this 
change without making it a major UIMA revision.

Done in rev. 648.
