Currently, AnalysisEngineDescription implements a toXml method for generating 
type-descriptor files for AnalysisComponents, namely Annotators and Consumers.

This functionality is not available for collection readers.

We have an application that generates xml for all of our uimafit components, so 
that they may be used in traditional uima pipelines without manually-written 
descriptor files.  It would be convenient to be able to generate these for all 
uimafit components.
