Add support/test-case for ParameterizedDataResource #99

Currently there is no explicit support or test in uimaFIT that uses a 
ParameterizedDataResource. A test should be added and if necessary, the 
supporting code should be added to the ExternalResourceFactory.

Slightly refactored ExternalResourceFactory and added some methods to help 
dealing with parametrized data resources. Also added an illustrative unit test.
