Is there something in error.txt? Or you can try to run ulipad like:

python UliPad.py

to see what will happen?

No Errors in the error.txt file. I tried to search the "UliPad.py" but found
nothing
in the Ulipad setup folder.

Maybe you'are using exe version. And there should be a *.log file in Ulipad
folder.
You should check it. And which version of wxpython did you use? If you are
using 2.8+
it may ask you install comtypes first.

Unfortunately , there is no .log file . when you say "wxpython" does that mean
python
2.5 which I am using? Please see the attach file.

There are two version of ulipad, one is exe version, it can only run on window
platform, and it'll not need python and wxpython installation. And the another
is
source version, if you want to run it, you should install python and wxpython
first.
And if there is no errors at all, I can't know the problem is. So maybe you can
install source version and try it, of cause, you should install wxpython and
python
first.
