File not found in the Open File Dialog #258

Hello,
when I want to open a file from UliPad, with no filter, I see nothing except 
the directories. The files exist.

The problem appears on Windows XP, Windows 7 and also on Ubuntu.

I'm using the latest version of Ulipad and on Windows I've installed Python25 
and the corresponding wxPython version.

If the problem occured in every directory, or some special directory. I've not 
seen this before.

Yes I've the problem with anykind of directories. Can I test something so as to 
help you to find the problem ?

Indeed, I've just tested the version 3.9 and it works fine.
