Dosprompt plugin works only on windows #265

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run ulipad
2. activate dosprompt plugin
3. it's not working ;)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I want a shell command on linux/unix too!

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Here is a patch to make it work (at least for me), still compatible with old 
code on win32...
