the souce code can run ok on my computer( activate pyrhon 2.73).but the install 
program can not

Because 4.1 exe version is created in win7, so it may runs with some errors. So 
please source version, then you should install wxpython and comtypes.

thanks . the source code 4.1 or down version 4.0 install program can work
fine on my computer .
