Collect feedback from Umple online users #270

Umple can benefit from collecting user's feedback. This can be achieved by 
adding a simple feedback functionality to the Umple online webpage.

Maybe adding a footer that includes 'send feedback' and 'privacy statement'. 
The footer can also include functionality to request support?

Should probably be done by directing people to a SurveyMonkey survey. Dr. 
Lethbridge has an account for that.
