Papyrus model generated from umple throws an error when opened in papyrus eclipse plugin

Steps to reproduce the problem: 
1. Opened 2D shapes example in umple online and saved it as a .ump file
2. Followed directions from 
http://code.google.com/p/umple/wiki/PapyrusGeneration on how to generate a 
papyrus diagram.

Expected output:
Being able to drag and drop from the model explorer the diagram elements 
generated from Umple.

Instead this is shown:

Note:
Changing this URI http://www.eclipse.org/uml2/4.0.0/UML in model.notation to 
http://www.eclipse.org/uml2/3.0.0/UML solved the issue.

I got the same error on Ubuntu 12.04 and OSX 10.8 both with Eclipse Indigo.

In general this is an example of where the Papyrus generation needs 
considerable improvement
