Ability to inject code before or after generated event methods in a state machine #511

It should be possible to use before and after methods to inject code before and 
after any event method

This would be useful for
 - tracing
 - common code that you want to do regardless of which state you are in when a certain event is called
 - responding to an event even when it is not being handled
