Independent associations not removed when an associated class is removed #566

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to umpleonline
2. Create two classes
3. Create an independent association
4. Delete either of the classes (graphically)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The independent association that included the delete class should be removed 
from the
Umple code.
