Model text editor loading overlay not applied correctly #570

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On umpleonline, add classes or any other feature on the using the graphical 
pane.
2. Look for the overlay over the text editor.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An overlay with a loading animation should appear, covering the entire model 
text editor. Instead, the overlay appear in the wrong place, and appears to be 
the wrong size.

Note that the loading overlay for the layout editor works correctly.
