Incorrect error when dot (graphViz) can't be found #628

For a local copy of umple online:

If dot (GraphViz) is not located in /usr/local/bin, the error returned is 
"Diagram is out of synchronization with the text due to selecting Manual Sync 
or an error in the text".

Instead, the error should be "dot (part of graphViz) appears not to installed 
on the server in /usr/local/bin/dot"
