Figures committee -- point person & general committee logistics

Hey guys. I'm not on the figures committee, but I wanted to direct your 
attention to the fact that we now have a map I made showing the locations and 
relative sizes for each university/college. I uploaded it to the Wiki. I 
included the figure caption in the file description. It is currently a PDF, so 
if you want it in any other format let me know.
