Collect data from colleges

Goals:
*Everyone is to collect data from the 2 or 3 assigned colleges. 
*An email template and excel questionnaire will be provided.
*Someone will collect responses from students and compile them into a single 
spreadsheet.

In downloads, we now:
* an email template (Sample Email...).
* a list of assignments (Assignments.xls).

We sort of had a questionaire, and then it changed and we forgot the changes 
and now it's somewhat in flux.  For details see:

description of what each student should do by the end of the week. We figured 
since most people probably aren't checking this site every day, the quickest 
way to get the info to everybody is by email. 

I agree we should have a return date, as far out as logistically possible would 
be best as I suspect that the universities that do respond won't do so very 
quickly. Two weeks from now seems appropriate - b/c we need to be moving on at 
about that time.

I think you guys should take a couple minutes in class today to explain to 
everyone what you want them to do, because I'm totally confused. I think folks 
would like to know more detailed information about what the data committee is 
doing, anyway.
