Establish the Question(s) #24

We now have a good idea of the data that is available to us. I think our next 
step should be to formulate the questions we will address with our study. This 
would be helpful to the literature committee. It's hard to research when you 
don't know exactly what questions you are trying to address.

There are a large number of questions that were first presented by the class on 
the page with the minutes. Let's start with those.
