Clean up ACUPCC datasheet

At today's data meeting, we discussed the results of error-checking of ACUPCC.  
Many columns are poorly reported (many missing values) or have ambiguous 
entries (negatives). In the interest of simplicity and efficiency (for Data and 
Analysis teams), We decided to remove columns that have poor reporting rate. 

@Dan has agreed to clean up the (error-checked) ACUPCC datasheet.
We're keeping the following dependent variables: 
 * Emissions Scopes 1-3, purchased and stationary electricity, and commuting (all of these are mandatory).
and the following Independent variables:
 * College name, zipcode, and building square feet,
along with anything else he deems both significant and well-reported.

Hey Christian, I noticed that there was a trimmed file uploaded to the 
downloads page a few days ago - it's basically the same as I ended up with, so 
I take it we're good on this right?

Yeah, sorry, I meant to close this issue after i uploaded that file -- 
apologies for not telling you!

Just to clarify, Adeline and I made a few final edits based on the last of the 
Metadata/error-checking notes.  The final file with *all* columns is here:

We removed columns from the finished file based on our Fri afternoon meeting 
with Meghan.  The results are here:
