Not able to to install properly

Error while installing

* It was not possible to copy the selected file.
* JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file:
tmp\install_4ba209285b8da\media\config to \media\mod_vinaora_cu3er\config

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the admin panel of your website
2. Go to Install and Uninstall under Extension and upload and install the
package.
3. You get a message which I Have pasted above.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SHould see installation success without any error. I see it with error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version of product 1.1
Windows Xp

Please provide any additional information below.

Please upgrade to Joomla latest version. Now is: Joomla 1.5.15

Don't use the old version.

You can upload by "Media Manager" of Joomla! to any folder on your website.
