Custom transition doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switching from "automatic" transition to "customised" transition mode
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is a series of effects, slicing, direction etc..
What I see is just not matching at all wit the setting I've set. And even if I 
change them, the output doesn't change.
it looks like it's just ignoring my settings, even if I have put it on 
"customised" mode

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Joomla 2.5.9, cu3er 2.5.3

Please provide any additional information below.

Hello !

I would like to ask You guys if the problem with that "custom transition 
setting" has been solved ?

I experience the same trouble.
When I pick custom setting and fill out the options.
Only the first setting is working properly.
But the next slide apears in regular (default) mode (one piece turning left).
The last slide just turns right and everythnig stats again (the first custom 
setting and the rest default)

The module is very interesting and unique tha's why I would like to put him in 
my webpage..
