[PSP] [OPTIONS] Key bindings represent keys with numbers #343

the tab "key bindings" in the options menu represents keys with numbers
instead of...description of the buttons, I guess ?

Setting to high since this makes the option pretty much useless for now on
the PSP...

This is "code in progress" ; if it doesn't make it to the beta, I'll remove it 
altogether. If you
want to do something it's in TranslateKeys.cpp :)
Note : this issue affects only PSP and windows, unix versions report correctly 
key names.

This seems to be "half fixed" for me. I'm still missing 65536 (Quit ?) and 
8388608
(Sound) though
