[DECK EDITOR] Cards with a quantity of 0 should be grayed out #360

when moving a card from the collection to the deck, it stays on the screen
even when it has a quantity of 0. I think this is good behaviour, but the
card should be grayed out so that it's more obvious that it is not
available in the collection anymore...
