Dance of the dead doesn't do anything

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Dance of the Dead on a creature in the graveyard.
2. ??
3. Profit!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's supposed to move the card onto the battlefield tapped under your
control among other complicated things (+1/+1, stays tapped, pay to untap
during upkeep).  Instead it taps in the graveyard (staying in the AI's
graveyard if you cast it on them), and stays "dead".  (So it does look like
it's dancing!)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PC r2034

Please provide any additional information below.

This card could not be fixed.

When i added this card once i didn't think of that fact that it is not an 
instant like Zombify, but an Aura and that is a completely different story.

An attempt to fix it by aliasing it with Animate Dead failed.

I moved Dance of the Dead from the primitives to the todo_dat until a solution 
is there.
