Crash after unlocking all cards at deck editor twice #405

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the cheat profile
2. Go to Deck Editor and choose "UNLOCK ALL CARDS", wait until computer is 
done
3. Without doing anything, press again and choose "UNLOCK ALL CARDS"
4. CRASH!
