Mana Vault cant work #412

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tap Mana Vault in main phase 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I try to tap Mana Vault to add three colorless mana to my mana pool
nothing happens.Mana Vault cant work.

Please provide any additional information below.
I want to use the ability of Galvanic Key to untap Colossus of Sardia,but
Colossus cant untap by using that ability.Maybe this is another bug. 
Nothing else

Sorry,I make a mistake.That ability can untap Colossus of Sardia.I just ignored 
it
equipping Lighting Greaves :P
