What steps will reproduce the problem?
Bleeding Megrim deck only has 57 cards

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A constructed magic deck must be at least of 60 cards

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SNV rev 2067

Please provide any additional information below.
Recomended cards to be added 1*weel of fortune 2*seal of fire

Wagic will let the player play with a deck that has <60 cards in it.  This may 
need to be changed or marked, or it might be an intended feature, just letting 
whoever know.

Fixed in r2319. Removed blightning and added the suggested cards
