The phrase "@next upkeep" does not work for permanents #426

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put Pyknite onto the battlefield.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You should only draw a card at the next upkeep. 
Instead, you draw a card every upkeep!!

This could be related to issue 425, but I would not like to see them fused.

Fixed in rev 2088. I think issue 425 is a different problem
