daily builds #496

calling daily builds daily.

they should no longer be called daily as this is causing confusion amongst our 
users. they assume its "daily" so ive receieved bug reports from cards that are 
recent, when the person told me they were using the "daily build" which was 
done over a month ago and didnt include the support.

possible fix: start calling dailys by date instead of "daily"

An important note: the SVN is not made for compiled binaries. This "daily 
build" thing was added as a convenience for project members who couldn't 
compile (namely Dr.Solomat), but I think these guys don't have any issue 
anymore.

my suggestion: remove the "daily build" folder from the SVN, and instead, post 
these build in a dedicated thread on the forum.

If we keep putting those in the SVN, we will run out of space (we are currently 
using 400MB out of the 2048MB offered by google, and this grows fast. A 
different binary each day would simply kill this, especially if it has a 
different name.)
