Lux Cannon will not allow second ability activation. #500

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cast Lux Cannon. Clicking automatically adds a counter.
2. Accumulate 3 or more counters.
3. Clicking still automatically adds a counter instead of giving a "destroy 
target permanent" option.

What version of the product are you using? 0.13.1 
On what operating system? PSP

This has been fixed in the svn right after the release.
