Need Restart option #382

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when the connection changed
2. lost the connection and reconnected

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When the issue happened, i cannot connect to the desired website. After 
manually press the 'stop' option and 'start' option, it works fine. So each 
time it happened, i should just choose 'restart' option. That should be great.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Xp, version is not known. Maybe newest.
