Settings do not work if changed (logging out and in is nescessary)

Change the settings for the test user; Change the First weekday, standaard
calendar overview, number of days in agenda, date display and time display.
   CLick 'submit'. Nothing changes.

Changed settings have to be submitted and then the user has to log out and log 
in
again for the changes to take effect. A message should be shown if you submit,
telling that logging out and in is required first.
