Language in settings is not consistent #19

Go to settings. The values and explanations sometimes are in Duthc and
sometimes they're in English. For example: the value says 'first weekday'
and the explanation says 'de eerste dag van de week'.

If you set your language to Dutch that is. In English it's consistent and 
correct.

Update the resource files, all texts should be correct, in both languages
