deleting a calendar is not confirmed #28

Create a fake calendar. Then delete it; nothing seems to happen. You get no
message asking if you are sure and no confirmation that the calendar is
deleted. If you go back to calendar (the one you were in) you'll notice
that the fake calendar has in fact been deleted.
